Description
Kujalan Minced Meat is made from selected beef parts. Ground beef is made from the neck, front back, leg, shoulder and sometimes even the roast. Before grinding, excess fat, membranes and connective tissue, i.e. tendons, are removed from the meat. Grinding is done twice. This is how we ensure the consistent quality of the minced meat.
The fat content of our minced meat is about 8%. On request, we can also prepare fattier minced meat.
Minced meat is packed in approx. 500 g vacuum bags. On request, we also deliver frozen minced meat.
